A refund is not a promise that you will pass
Our intended policy is to refund the qualifying practice-pack payment after a verified official failure and retain access for retry preparation. It does not reimburse Google’s exam fee, travel, study time or other purchases. Dev supports test checkout and saved test claim requests; real payments and refunds are not enabled.
Qualifying steps
If you fail the corresponding official certification exam within 90 days of purchasing your practice pack, we’ll refund that practice purchase. The 90 days run from the practice purchase to the official exam date. Hosted Dev does not accept evidence uploads or process refunds. See our refund promise page for the current product promise.
Refunds and continued study
An approved claim would refund the eligible package amount actually paid and retain access to the purchased material. Official exam fees are not covered. The agreed product direction is lifetime ownership of the purchased scope. Full Access includes the exams listed for your purchased certification: five for Cloud Digital Leader, three for Generative AI Leader, or five for Professional Agentic Architect. Future additions are included if released; they are not counted as part of today’s purchase. Smaller packs are not offered at launch. Detailed service terms will be published before sales open.
Separate rewards
Approved guarantee claimants would receive one single-use 50% next-package discount. Other promotion amounts, expiry periods and product eligibility are not finalized. Promotions will not stack. Dev offers apply to test payments only.
Evidence should be limited to what is needed
The planned review would accept suitable official outcome evidence or a verifiable credential link and confirm relevant dates and identity. Do not share account passwords or recalled exam questions. Hosted Dev does not accept evidence uploads or process refunds.
